In June 2007, 3 local brothers – Geraint, Dafydd and Eilir – took over the running of Y Bwtri in Pwllheli, nearly 4 years after it was first established. In August 2008 they opened their second shop in Porthmadog.

The 3 are committed to run Y Bwtri as a high quality delicatessen where customers can come to enjoy and appreciate good food.

Geraint Williams supervises the shop in Pwllheli from day to day, and Nicola Worsley supervises Y Bwtri Porthmadog.

Y Bwtri is dedicated to bringing the best choice of good food to its customers and giving prominent attention to Welsh food. The brothers’ aim is to offer a complete food service at Y Bwtri, allowing customers to order food for special occasions, and other all year round services such as hampers, buffets and an online shop.
