Bacheldre Watermill
Artisan Millers of Organic Stoneground Flours. The grain is organically grown to the Soil Association Standards and the highest quality grain is always used. The grain is stoneground gently in order to produce flour that retains all the natural goodness of the wheatgerm. This slow milled process only slightly warms the flour leaving all the natural flavours intact. Bacheldre Watermill is proud to present to you flours of exceptional taste and quality and hopes that you enjoy this product as much as the Scott family have enjoyed producing it.
Available in 100% biodegradable retail bags. The Welsh Mustard Company
Who would have thought that when two friends from Aberaeron (a Builder and a Director of a legal services company) tired of being offered only English or French mustard with their steaks, decided to produce a truly Welsh Mustard, it would result in a Welsh Red Mustard which is taking the country by storm.
Based on an old Celtic reference to “meat spiced with mustard seed and mead” Welsh Red Mustard was born and so was the Welsh Mustard Company.
